Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fenicher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Fenicher on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
Fenicher provides a 3D product platform with 8 modules: Assets, Configurator, Render Farm, AR, Catalog, Kanban, Sales CRM, and Concept Board. We may add, remove, or modify modules with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for account security (password, magic links)
- Notify us immediately at hello@fenicher.com of any unauthorised access
- One account per person; team members use workspace invites, not shared logins
4. Your content, your IP
Everything you upload — 3D models, images, catalog data, renders — remains your exclusive property. Fenicher claims zero ownership. We store, process, and serve your content only to provide the service. See our NDA & IP Protection agreement for the full binding commitment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes someone else's IP
- Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Resell Fenicher services as your own without a partner agreement
- Upload malware, CSAM, or content that violates Indonesian law
6. Billing
- Fenicher is voucher-only — you pay for tokens or subscription periods, no auto-renewal
- 500 tokens are issued free on signup
- Render retainer is billed separately, starting at USD $1,200/month, cancellable anytime
- All pricing is in USD and excludes local taxes
- Refunds are assessed case-by-case; contact sales@fenicher.com
7. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Status page: status.fenicher.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead for anything over 15 minutes.
8. Termination
- You can close your account anytime from the dashboard
- We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice except for severe breaches
- On termination, your data is exportable for 30 days, then permanently deleted
9. Warranty disclaimer
Fenicher is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.
10. Liability
Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you've paid us during that period. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
11. Changes
Material changes: 14 days notice by email. Minor clarifications: immediate, noted in the “Last updated” date.
12. Governing law
Republic of Indonesia. Jurisdiction: Denpasar, Bali. Protected under Indonesian Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE).
