Questions

What software does the team use?

Blender 4.x for modeling and rendering. STEP export via FreeCAD/Fusion. All deliverables are format-converted to ensure compatibility with your factory and web viewer.

Can I specify materials, finishes, and dimensions?

Yes — include your spec sheet, material samples, or even a photo. The team will match dimensions and apply correct materials (wood species, fabric texture, metal finish).

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Four revision rounds are included per asset. If you're still not satisfied after revisions, we'll either redo the work at no charge or remove that asset from the month's bill.

How do I send product references?

Upload reference files directly into your Fenicher workspace and leave a brief. Photos, PDF tearsheets, sketches, DWG drawings — anything works.

Is the 3D team service part of the workspace?

It is an add-on service. We scope it around your product volume, complexity, and delivery rhythm, then send a custom quote before work starts.

Do I own the 3D files?

Yes. All deliverables are fully yours — STEP, GLB, render images — with no licensing restrictions. You can use them anywhere, on any platform.

Can the retainer cover catalog design too?

Yes — catalog support is part of the retainer. The team designs PDF catalogs (InDesign-style layouts) and sets them up as interactive web flipbooks in your Fenicher workspace.
