1. Who we are
Fenicher is a 3D product platform operated by PT Xess Digital Solusi (Indonesia), hereafter “Fenicher”, “we”, or “us”. You can reach us at hello@fenicher.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: email, name, hashed password
- Workspace content: 3D models, images, catalog data you upload
- Usage logs: pages visited, features used, error reports
- Billing data: voucher redemptions and token transactions
- Catalog analytics: anonymous page views of your shared catalogs
3. How we use it
- Operating your account and serving your 3D assets
- Processing renders, AR conversions, and AI requests you initiate
- Sending product, billing, and security notifications
- Improving the platform (aggregated, non-identifiable analytics)
4. What we never do
- Sell, rent, or license your data to third parties
- Use your 3D models or design files to train AI models
- Share your catalog analytics or business metrics with other clients
- Access your workspace without your permission, except for security incidents
5. Who else touches your data
To run the service we use a minimal set of vendors under strict data-processing agreements:
- Vultr (Singapore, USA, EU, AU) — compute and block storage
- Vultr Object Storage (Singapore) — 3D asset storage, ISO 27001
- Anthropic (Claude API) — transient AI processing, zero data retention
- MXroute — transactional email
- PowerDNS — DNS authority
6. Your rights
You can at any time:
- Export all your data (3D assets, catalog, leads) in standard formats
- Correct or update your account information from the dashboard
- Delete your account — all assets are removed within 30 days
- Request a data processing report by emailing hello@fenicher.com
7. Retention
Active workspaces retain data as long as the account is active. After account closure, we keep billing records for 7 years (legal requirement), and delete everything else within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use first-party session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting.
9. Changes
We'll email you at least 14 days before any material change. Minor fixes (typos, clarifications) go live immediately and are noted in the “Last updated” date.
