"Fenicher", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Fenicher, a creative studio and software platform based at Jl. Dokter Cipto No. 18–20, Kebonagung, Semarang Timur, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah 50126, Indonesia. "You" means the individual or company that uses our services.
By creating an account, signing a quote, or using fenicher.com, Fenicher Studio, our API, or any related service (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you use Fenicher on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@fenicher.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You retain all rights to the 3D models, textures, references, briefs, and any other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Fenicher a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and transmit Your Content solely to deliver the Services to you.
Once you have paid for a project in full, ownership of the final deliverables (renders, models, drawings) transfers to you, subject to any third-party assets (stock textures, HDRIs, plugins) which remain under their respective licenses.
Fenicher Studio, the fenicher.com website, our APIs, source code, logos, and brand assets are owned by Fenicher and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them while your subscription is active.
Unless you opt out in writing, we may show non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials 60 days after delivery.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Fenicher integrates with third parties (PayPal, Vultr, MXroute, Google). Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their actions.
Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information (briefs, designs, pricing, source files) and not disclose it without permission, except as required by law.
We provide the Services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rendered outputs will match your expectations pixel-perfectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenicher's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to defend and indemnify Fenicher against any claims arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.
You can cancel your subscription any time from the Fenicher Studio dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Sections 6–14 and 16–19 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days will be submitted to the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta, conducted in English.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms, together with any signed quote or SOW, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Fenicher and supersede any prior understandings.
