This Refund Policy applies to all paid Fenicher Services — subscriptions to Fenicher Studio, project-based creative work (3D renders, modeling, drafting, AR/VR assets), and API usage fees. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
New subscribers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 14 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. This applies once per customer.
After the 14-day guarantee, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day guarantee, we refund the unused months on a pro-rated basis, minus a 10% administrative fee. Partial months are not refunded.
Downgrading mid-cycle does not generate a refund; the new (lower) rate starts at your next billing date.
Most projects require a 50% deposit to start. The deposit is non-refundable once production begins, because we reserve artist time and kick off modelling/rendering immediately.
If you cancel after production has started but before final delivery, we refund a portion based on work not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion. Work already done remains invoiced at the agreed rate.
Every project quote includes a defined number of revision rounds. If you are unhappy with the delivery, we'd much rather revise it than refund it. Please use your revision rounds — that's what they're for.
If, after all revision rounds, the delivery still demonstrably fails to meet the written brief, you may request a partial refund. We review each case individually and typically offer 25–50% of the project fee, depending on how much of the work is usable.
AR API and viewer usage is billed based on actual consumption and is non-refundable. If you believe you were overcharged due to a bug on our side, contact us within 30 days — we'll investigate and credit your account if we find an error.
Please talk to us before filing a chargeback with PayPal or your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension and a 2 300 ₽ dispute fee being added to your balance. We will always try to resolve complaints directly and fairly — email hello@fenicher.com first.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. Fenicher does not cover currency-conversion or intermediary-bank fees charged by your payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date.
