When should I choose a fixed project vs. a monthly retainer?

A fixed project is ideal for one-off launches or occasional needs — pay only for what you use. A retainer makes sense once you're producing 10+ assets per month: you get priority queue, a dedicated team, and save 20–30% vs. per-project rates.

Do you confirm the price before starting work?

Yes, always. The calculator gives you a live estimate. Once you contact us we review your brief and confirm the exact price within 4 business hours. No work begins until you approve the quote. No surprises.

How many revisions do I get?

Single Product projects include 2 revision rounds, Studio Pack includes 5, and Brand Launch includes unlimited revisions. Growth and Scale retainers also include unlimited revisions. Extra rounds on Single Product are Rp 316.000 each.

What files do I need to provide?

We accept CAD files (DWG, STEP, IGES), SketchUp, Rhino, reference photos, technical drawings, or rough sketches. A mood board or style reference helps. The more detail you provide, the faster we deliver.

Can I cancel a monthly retainer?

Retainers have a minimum 2-month commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Unused credits from your final month are honoured within 60 days of cancellation.

What formats are delivered?

High-resolution PNG and JPEG (up to 8K), TIFF for print projects. 3D source files as FBX, OBJ, GLTF/GLB and USDZ for AR/VR. Specific format requests are accommodated at no extra cost on Studio Pack and above.
