Short version: We only collect data we actually need to run Fenicher — your account info, project files, billing details, and basic usage logs. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't use it to train third-party AI. You can ask us to delete everything any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Fenicher ("we", "us", or "our"), a creative studio and software platform based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, handles your personal data when you visit fenicher.com, use Fenicher Studio, or engage us for 3D visualization services.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Account data — name, email, company, role, password (hashed with bcrypt).
Project data — 3D models, textures, references, briefs, client feedback, and any files you upload to Fenicher Studio.
Billing data — billing address, tax ID, subscription plan. Payment card details are processed by PayPal; we never see or store full card numbers.
Communications — emails, chat messages, and support tickets you send us.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

Technical logs — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, timestamps. Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.
Cookies — strictly-necessary session cookies for login; optional analytics cookies you can decline.

3. How we use your data

To deliver the services you signed up for (rendering, asset hosting, collaboration).
To bill you and send invoices.
To communicate about your account, projects, and important service updates.
To improve Fenicher — understand what works, fix bugs, measure performance.
To meet legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, court orders).

We do not sell your personal data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not use your uploaded 3D models or client briefs to train third-party AI models.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the EEA/UK we process data on the basis of: (a) contract — to deliver services you bought; (b) legitimate interest — to secure and improve the platform; (c) consent — for optional analytics and marketing emails; (d) legal obligation — for tax and compliance.

5. Who we share data with

We work with a small number of trusted sub-processors, only for the purposes described above:

Vultr Holdings, LLC — cloud servers and object storage (SG, US, UK, AU data centers).
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. — subscription billing.
MXroute (Interserver Inc.) — transactional email delivery.
Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (optional, consent-based).

We do not transfer data to any party not listed above without telling you first.

6. International transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia, depending on which region serves you via our GeoDNS routing. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Data retention

Account and project data: kept while your account is active and for 90 days after you close it, then deleted.
Invoices and tax records: kept for 10 years, as required by Indonesian law.
Technical logs: up to 90 days.
Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You can, at any time:

Ask for a copy of the data we hold on you (right of access).
Correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure / right to be forgotten).
Export your project files in standard formats.
Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
Withdraw consent for marketing or analytics.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use TLS 1.3 everywhere, bcrypt-hashed passwords, iptables-based network allowlists for our databases, encrypted backups, and DMARC-protected email. No system is perfect — if you find a vulnerability, please report it to hello@fenicher.com.

10. Children

Fenicher is a B2B service not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of Fenicher after an update means you accept the revised policy.
